As a member of the Arcas Risk Management Sales Team, you will be a full-time, remote team member who works collaboratively to assess our clients’ needs and guide them to effective solutions that fit within the context of their unique businesses.

How will you make an impact?

Build sales relationships with Partners (resellers, msp’s & mssp’s, VARs, CPA firms, law firms, associations, etc.).

Develop strategies to provide Arcas Risk Management consulting services.

Identify solutions to help drive growing businesses forward.

Help clients understand Information Security risks by communicating complex or technical concepts clearly, without jargon.

Contribute to Arcas Risk Management’s success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to make the team better every day.
What will you do?

Builds and maintains a network of Partners from which to identify new sales leads.

Collaborates with Partner sales teams to promote and sell Arcas Risk Management services.

Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.

Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.

Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical demands
-
Ability to work from home and present a professional appearance on video calls.

Ability and willingness to utilize video conferencing for calls (most internal and external calls will require video to be on).

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to travel, as scheduled and planned (rarely will last minute travel will be required).
Position Requirements

Ability to assess computer network system vulnerabilities and threats.

Ability to lead client engagements and work without direct supervision.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Customer/client focus, with the ability to communicate and manage expectations appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR

At least five years of related experience required.
