Membership in the Arcas Risk Incident Response Access Program ensures you never have to worry about how to respond to a cybersecurity incident. You’ll have priority access to a team of experts that will assess the situation, recommend a response, and manage that response from start to finish at a competitive rate. Whether it’s the middle of the night on a Sunday or a Tuesday afternoon, your response starts within four hours of your call.

WHAT WE’LL DO

Upon enrolling, the Arcas Risk team will review your policies & procedures, network design, and incident response plans and make recommendations based on industry best practices. We’ll assign a point of contact available to you at any time, who will mobilize our team according to the specifics of the event, lead your response, and communicate with you every step of the way.

WHAT’S NEXT

The Incident Response Access Program is a service we hope you never have to use. But in the event of an attack, you’ll be as prepared as possible. Our team will already know the ins and outs of your security infrastructure, enabling us to move quickly to mitigate the impact of the event. And after it’s over, we’ll provide forensic analysis to understand how the attack occurred and if needed, recommend ways to strengthen your infrastructure.
